Mentors & Job-Shadowing Opportunities

Roots assists and supports youth in crafting their own inspired and creative strategies to meet their needs to learn, grow, contribute and thrive.  To this end, we seek to connect our local Youth with participating members of Columbia’s professional world to co-create exciting opportunities for growth, mind-expansion and real-world experience. 

If you or someone you know has a skill or profession that you’d like to share, whether for a day or on an ongoing basis, we would love to hear from you.  And keep in mind that time volunteered is tax deductible!
